By creating an account or using Brain Power (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Brain Power lets a parent or guardian create personalized learning games for their children and track their progress. Some games are generated with the help of AI.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of their children. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
4. Children's use
Children use the Service under the supervision of the adult who owns the account. The optional multiplayer features (“Challenge a friend” and live game rooms) collect only a display name and a score from participants — there is no chat and no separate accounts for guests.
5. AI-generated content
Games and questions may be generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Please review generated content before giving it to a child. The Service is an educational aid, not a substitute for a teacher or a curriculum.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
7. Payment
The Service may offer a paid plan. When billing is enabled, prices and limits are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by a third-party provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
