1. What we collect

Account information: your email address and name.

Child profiles you create: the child's name, grade level, and chosen avatar.

Gameplay data: the games created and your children's results and progress.

Multiplayer: when someone joins a challenge or a live game room, we store the display name they type and their score. We do not collect guests' emails or accounts, and there is no chat.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run the Service: to show your dashboard, generate and play games, track progress, and (if you choose a paid plan) process payment. We do not sell your data.

3. Children's privacy

Brain Power is designed to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian, who provides consent for their child's use. Children do not create their own accounts. As the account owner, you can review, edit, or delete your children's profiles and results at any time from your dashboard. We aim to comply with children's privacy laws such as COPPA (US), GDPR-K (EU), and Israel's Privacy Protection Law.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on trusted third parties to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI used to generate games), and a payment processor such as Stripe (only if billing is enabled). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual children or sessions at any time, and you can request deletion of your whole account by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the date above.
