The Sun is a giant star, and eight planets travel around it in great circles. โ๏ธ Here they are in order, closest to the Sun first:
โ๏ธ The Sun is so huge that about a million Earths could fit inside it. โช Mercury is closest to the Sun and races around it the fastest. ๐ฅ Venus is the hottest planet โ thick clouds trap its heat like a blanket. ๐ Earth is the only planet we know with air, water and life. ๐ด Mars is the red planet, home to the tallest volcano in the whole solar system. ๐ช Jupiter is the biggest planet, with a storm wider than the whole Earth. ๐ Saturn is wrapped in bright rings made of ice and rock. A trick to remember the order: 'My Very Excellent Mother Just Served Us Noodles.'
